Overview

Marketolog is an internal marketing operations tool used by Myroslav Karpuk to create, manage, analyze, and report on Meta advertising campaigns for authorized business assets. This site also includes client setup flows for active clients preparing an Instagram assistant.

Information We May Access

When a business grants access through Meta Business Manager, Marketolog may access Meta ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, ad creative, Facebook Page, Instagram business account, pixel or dataset, and performance reporting data related to the authorized assets.

When an active client uses a client setup flow, we may collect setup answers about the business, services, prices, booking rules, policies, approved links, voice examples, missing-info choices, lead tags, follow-up rules, evaluation examples, and setup approval status. Long text answers may optionally be dictated by voice; in that case the audio is sent for transcription, the transcript is shown for review and editing, and the edited transcript becomes the saved answer.

Clients may also upload screenshots and photos in the client setup flow, for example real customer conversations, pricing sheets, policy notes, or aftercare cards. We ask clients to crop or blur customer names, photos, handles, and contact details before uploading. Uploaded images are delivered to a private operator inbox for review and are not stored by this site; the browser keeps only a small receipt with the file name and upload category.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to operate advertising workflows for authorized clients, including campaign setup, paused draft creation, campaign management, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Client setup answers are used to draft, review, and export a business setup summary for an Instagram assistant. Optional voice input is used only to create an editable transcript for the setup answer; raw audio is not persisted by default. Uploaded screenshots are used only as reference material for preparing that setup summary: facts taken from a screenshot are not added to an assistant profile until the business reviews and approves them.

Client Setup And Voice Transcription

Client setup flows are review tools for active clients. They do not connect live Instagram, ManyChat, Square, calendar, payment, or booking automation by themselves. Voice answers are optional, may be spoken in English or Russian, and should be checked and edited before saving because the transcript, not the raw audio, is treated as the setup answer. Completed setup summaries may be downloaded by the user or sent to a configured submission webhook for operational follow-up. In local development, a gitignored local file copy may be written only when local saving is explicitly enabled.

Sharing And Sale Of Data

We do not sell personal data. We do not share Meta advertising data with unaffiliated third parties except when required to operate the authorized advertising service, comply with law, or protect the security of our systems and clients.

Data Retention

We retain locally stored reports, exports, campaign notes, and operational records only as long as needed for client service, audit, billing, legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

For client setup flows, local browser autosave may keep draft answers on the same device until cleared. Exported profiles and briefs, webhook submissions, and explicitly enabled local development snapshots may be retained as operational records for the client build. Raw voice recordings are not stored by default after transcription.

Your Choices

You can choose not to use optional voice transcription and can edit dictated transcripts before saving. A business can revoke Marketolog access at any time in Meta Business Settings by removing the app, system user, partner, or assigned asset permissions. You can also request deletion of stored data through our data deletion instructions.
